lol yeah, the main pressure is the first year, but im guessing after that, it should cool down a bit.

Honestly it's a very breezy job. Every teacher you talk to will complain, but honestly there isn't the pressure to perform as there is in the corporate world. You have to get your students to pass. And if they don't, you just gotta prove you had the tools for them to succeed.
