1) As outlined in ROIC 25 establishing the Constitutional Commission, the duration of the Commissioners' assignment to review, deliberate, and post the final version of Constitutional Law was indicated as thirty days. 2) In light of the fact that the Commission resolved to post each article of the Founder's Charter that has been revised or changed to the polls for General Membership approval, the process for completing the Canon of Constitutional Law will take longer than initially anticipated. 3) In order for the Constitutional Commission to complete its assigned task as authorized by ROIC 25, I hereby grant the Commission an extension of several weeks. Their assignment will be terminated on 1 June 2011. 4) Authorization to grant this extension is allowed under Constitutional Law.

1) To better facilitate member access and provide security and confidentiality to administrative entities of the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance, this Office has been authorized by the Regional Founder to create a system of permission masks for users of the Regional Forum. 2) These permission masks will be implemented in the form of "user groups" on the Proboards forum. Each group is noted in the sections below. 3) The following user groups are those whose access will include the welcome board, general discussions, general roleplay boards and published works: 4) The following users will have access to those boards identified in section 3 in addition to having access to governance boards with polling privileges: 5) Members designated as Officers and/or admins for either region will be assigned to our member groups with varied powers and access to confidential boards as determined by the Founder's Council and the Regional Founder: 6) Business entities and trust entities will generally be given new member access requirements do not include posting on governance or other topic-specific boards: 7) The Office of the Quæstor General will post a circular with a schematic on user groups and their board access once the process has been completed or within thirty days of this pronouncement.

1) As outlined in ROIC 25 establishing the Constitutional Commission, the duration of the Commissioners' assignment to review, deliberate, and post the final version of Constitutional Law was indicated as thirty days. 2) In light of the fact that the Commission resolved to post each article of the Founder's Charter that has been revised or changed to the polls and it has meticulously reviewed each article and Regional Orders-in-Council appended to Constitutional Law, the Commission requires additional time to complete its charge. 3) In order for the Constitutional Commission to complete its assigned task as authorized by ROIC 25, I hereby grant the Commission an extension of two weeks beyond the original extension of 1 June 2011. Their assignment will now be terminated on 15 July 2011. 4) Authorization to grant this extension is allowed under Constitutional Law.

1) As authorized by Constitutional Law, I hereby authorize the construction of forum embassies for use by ambassadors assigned to create profiles from the Empire State, Bohemian Grove, Illuminati, and the San Francisco Bay Area. 2) These regions have already established NationStates embassies with the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance. 3) The forum embassies established by the regions mentioned above are also assigned their own embassy boards with moderator status. 4) The Quæstor General of the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance is hereby authorized to assign these ambassadors the appropriate forum access and membership badges. 5) These ambassadors will enjoy access to boards and activities in the Continental Union and Alliance appropriate for their status and have agreed not to post any material on the Regional Message Board or anywhere in the Regional Forum that may be construed as direct or indirect recruiting messages, or other promotional material or questionable content that would be prejudicial to the Continental Union, the Continental Alliance or any of their affiliates.
