1) Offices of the Regional Præsidium of the Continental Union are authorized to author and issue official regulations governing activities granted them by Regional Statute and Constitutional Law. 2) Such official regulations have the force of law unless otherwise amended or superseded by Founder's Letters Patent or other legislation as prescribed by Constitutional Law. 3) Offices of the Regional Præsidium will name such official regulations as listed below: 4) All Præsidium Regulations will follow a format established for Regional Orders-in-Council outlined in FLP 16. 5) Advisories or bulletins, assigned as "Circulars," may be issued by Offices of the Regional Præsidium that are not of a regulatory nature as guides or explanations of procedures or Regional Statutes. 6) The Præsidium Offices may also issue period reports of facts and data pertinent to their assigned responsibilities for publication that may not be Official Circulars.

Confirmation of Results from Constitutional Commission Officers Election. [/color][/b][/center] Index: I ImpRex 17 Date Issued: 12 March 2011. Former Index: FLP 19 Revision Status: None.
1) I, Sabastos, Count-Palatine of the Continental Union, hereby certify the results of Constitutional Commission Officer Elections as authorized by ROIC 25. 2) As specified in ROIC 25, one member of the Constitutional Commission must be a Regional Founding Partner. Sabastos was selected as that Officer by a vote of 7 to 4. 3) The two General Membership Officers selected to serve on the Constitutional Commission are Yuyis (with a vote of 8) and Adrianica (with a vote of 7). These members accumulated more votes than other candidates on the ballot. 4) The polls have been monitored and verified to ensure that only eligible members cast their vote for their selection, and the poll was open for at least five days as required by ROIC 25 and other regulations.

1. User profiles established for activities and participation on the Regional Forum will be classified into categories depending on the purpose and intended use for the profile. 2. Primary profiles are those that are used for general activities and primary roleplays. These profiles are established by members as their principal, personal profile which can be used universally to represent them and/or their nation or roleplay entity. 3. Secondary profiles are those that can be created for special non-business roleplays as outlined by roleplay rules. These can be temporary in nature and are not for use outside of the intended roleplay scenario for which they were created. 4. Tertiary profiles are business entities are managed by members independent of their primary profile and have similar traits as secondary profiles. These are used primarily in the Continental Alliance. 5. Only primary profiles are allowed to participate in Regional discussion and polls related to legislation and other non-roleplay matters, unless specifically stated otherwise in the principal discussion thread or poll explanation. 6. The use of Agent and Trust profiles are governed by rules and guidelines specific to their intended use and purpose.

1. All members and participants of the Regional Forum must declare a region of domicile for their Primary Profile in order to be granted access to the appropriate boards and forums assigned to the region of which they are a member or participant. 2. Domiciling also allows the proper prefixing and classification of a member’s primary profile and usually depends on the membership rules and regulations of the region in which the member or participant claims membership. 3. Cases of dual domicile where a member claims membership in both the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance will be determined and established by the Minister of Internal Relations of the Continental Union.

1. All members of the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance are required to follow the protocols set forth by this pronouncement concerning prefixes attached to all user profiles active on the regional forums. 2. In order to better categorize user profiles and classify user profiles for all regions and entities sharing the Regional Forum, every user name must include the appropriate prefix indicating the type of user profile as outlined below. 3. The profile prefix will contain two or three letter combinations in lower case letters followed by a hyphen with the user profile name as selected by the member or governed by roleplay rules and regulations. 4. Below is a list of user profile prefixes currently in use on the Regional Forum as of the date of this pronouncement: 5. Test profile or other specialized profiles not specifically assigned to any region or area of responsibility will be prefixed with “zx-“.
