I have to admit that we've got lots of problems that people unfortunately think can be solved by shooting more money into the economy. I think it's a bit unfair to put the president in this pic. He's not the only one that approves all of this. Remember, it's the Fed that does this and monitors the volume of money in the economy. And, there isn't a lot the president can do to prevent the Fed from doing what it thinks is necessary. That's why they have quite a bit of independence from the government.

I don't thinks it's unfair. Obama can always order them to stop the presses. OK, sure the Federal Reserve is supposed to be independent of the government but that doesn't mean they can ignore the federal government either. Besides, Obama keeps approving all this extra money so the Fed continues to inject it into the economy. We're growing our economy with debt. Isn't that how we got into this mess to begin with. Have you seen any info on his budget proposal for 2013? Instead of addressing the debt issue (or repayment programs), he's got more stimulus money built into that budget too. And, reports say that 2013 budget will include a TRILLION dollars in deficit spending. When is it going to stop?

There is a maximum limit of 50 IQ to be a registered member of the Democratic Party. Why do you think the donkey is their mascot? Yup, I heard it yesterday on the CNN--$1 Trillion. I think the Monopoly guy in the picture is actually very appropriate. I'm sure the post about wondering why he was there was just a rhetorical question. Ruescher, I see you everywhere on here and I see you've got -3 Karma (whatever the hell that's supposed to be), so I'll exalt you (for whatever that's worth).
