1) The Office of the Regional Count Palatine is hereby established by Imperator Rex, the Regional Founder, in accordance with V FCh 4(b) and V FCh 8(a-b) for the purpose of assisting the Regional Founder in the execution of his official duties and to represent his interests in the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance. The Regional Count Palatine is designated as an Officer of the Regional Presidium who is also a member of the Founder’s Council. 2) The Regional Count Palatine will be assigned the following responsibilities: 3) The Count Palatine will have administrator access to the Regional Forums as directed and implemented by the Regional Founder for the purpose of assisting in the administration of the Regional Forum and maintenance of records, permissions, and access. 4) The Count Palatine will be appointed by the Regional Founder for an unspecified length of time and will remain in office for as long as the Officer enjoys the confidence of the Regional Founder.

1) The Office of Quæstor General of the Continental Union is hereby established by Imperator Rex, the Regional Founder, in accordance with II FCh 2(a-c), II FCh 3(a-c), and V FCh 4(a-b) for the purpose of monitoring and administering all activities related to the Regional Forums. This is established as an Office of the Regional Præsidium, headed by a Quæstor General of the Continental Union who is a member of the Founder’s Council. 2) The Quæstor General’s Office will be charged with the following responsibilities: 3) The Quæstor General will have administrator access to the Regional Forums as directed and implemented by the Regional Founder for the purpose of assisting in the administration of the Regional Forum and maintenance of records, permissions, and access. The Quæstor General may appoint other Quæstors to assist in the administration of the Regional Forum and other activities related to the responsibilities of the Office of the Quæstor General. 4) The Quæstor General will be appointed by the Regional Founder for an unspecified length of time and will remain in office for as long as the Officer enjoys the confidence of the Regional Founder.

1) In accordance with V FCh 4(e) and requests by the General Membership, the Regional Founder, Imperator Rex, hereby calls for Regional Elections of Officers as defined below. 2) The following Regional Offices will be included in Regional Elections: 3) A board will be assigned for the purpose of candidate profiles and response threads. All eligible candidates must post their profiles by 11:59 PM 18 December 2010, Official Continental Union Time (UTC 0). 4) Election polls will be open from 19 December 2010 through 29 December 2010. On 30 December 2010, the Count Palatine will tabulate votes after the Quæstor General has verified election participants. The results will be certified by the Regional Founder and published on 31 December 2010. 5) Terms for the officers will be determined by the Founder's Council and regulated in accordance with Constitutional Law.

1) I, Sabastos, Regional Count Palatine, hereby certify the results of Regional Officer Elections held from December 19, 2010 to December 29, 2010 to be true and correct. All ballot posts were verified as having been made by active members of the Continental Union. 2) The following is a list of results for each of the Offices posted for Regional Elections: [/b] was elected by a vote of 6 with 2 votes for Sabastos and 2 null votes. b) Regional Delegate: Sabastos was elected by a vote of 4 with 3 votes for Basileus, 2 votes for Letor, and 1 null vote. c) Minister of Foreign Relations: Acryland was elected by a vote of 10. d) Minister of Internal Relations: Letor was elected by a vote of 10. 1) In accordance with Constitutional Law and after having reviewed the Election Certification in FLP 13 posted by the Regional Count Palatine in my name, I hereby grant assent to Basileus Romanus to form a Regional Government. 2) I also appoint Yuyis as the Region's Quæstor General based on the results of an advisory poll appended to the Regional Elections as certified by the Regional Count Palatine.
