1. The purpose of this Executive Order-in-Council is to establish the definition of the minimum amount of votes required to win election to Regional Office. 2. Any candidate to be declared the winner of Regional Officer Elections must have at least 60% of the total votes cast. 3. In the event that no one candidate is able to secure the minimum of 60% of total votes, one of the following will occur: 4. This Order is valid in the Continental Union only.

Regional Order-in-Council Number Forty-Two Defintion and Application of "None of the Above" Option in Regional Officer Elections, A Legislative Order of the Founder's Council of the Continental Union. 1. The purpose of this legislative Regional Order-in-Council is to officially recognize a "none of the above" option to be used in polls for Regional Officer elections or other polls where more than "yes" or "no" options are available. 2. If the "none of the above" option gathers more votes than the other candidates or opinions available for selection, the Founder's Council will be authorized to engage in the following activities: 3. Polling selections and final out come of votes are subject to other Regional Statutes governing vote counts and definitions of majority votes and related issues. 4. This Order is valid only in the Continental Union, and may be altered at a later time by the Regional Assembly.

1. The purpose of this Legislative Order-in-Council is to establish guidelines for members becoming candidates for more than one regional office in Regional Officer Elections. 2. Members may become candidates for not more than two regional offices and if they receive the minimum majority vote for both offices for which they are candidates, the following will occur: 3. The Office of the Regional WA Delegate will be exexpt from the two-office maximum established above. Any member with WA membership, regardless of how many offices for which they are candidates, can run for the WA Delegate. 4. This order is valid in the Continental Union only and may be altered by the Regional Assembly.

Regional Order-in-Council Number Forty-Four The Continental Alliance Sovereignty Act, An Executive Order of the Founder's Council of the Continental Union. I. The purpose of this Executive Regional Order-in-Council is to approve the below Petition for Autonomy submitted by the Founding Partners Continental Trust on behalf of the Continental Union Economic Alliance to the Founder’s Council of the Continental Union, and to formally recognize the Continental Alliance as a sovereign partner in the Continental Domains. II. The Continental Trust on behalf of the Continental Union Economic Alliance submits the following Continental Trust Resolution Number Ten, entitled Petition for Autonomy, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Continental Trust to the Founder’s Council of the Continental Union, and requests that, upon approval of said petition, the region be known as “The NationStates Region of the Continental Alliance.” 1. This Continental Trust Resolution is an official petition to the Founder's Council of the Continental Union to establish additional autonomy for the NationStates Region of the Continental Alliance. 2. The Continental Trust, as outlined in its approved Articles of Incorporation, will act as the collective administrative body for the Continental Alliance. All Continental Union statutes approved and assented after the acceptance of this petition will not be valid in the Continental Alliance unless approved by the Continental Trust or its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as outlined in the approved Articles of Incorporation. [cf. III AAI 1] 3. The CEO of the Continental Trust will be designated as the Executive WA Delegate of the Continental Alliance and will exercise authority over administration of the Region on the NationStates platform to include approval of embassies and the banning/ejecting of members. [cf. III AAI 6.2 & 7.5] 4. The Continental Alliance will continue to use the membership hierarchy established by the Continental Union. The Continental Trust reserves the right to alter the hierarchy regimen for its members. [cf. III AAI 3.3] 5. The following Continental Union dicasteries will continue to exercise authority over Continental Alliance affairs and their actions may be subject to approval by the Continental Trust: [cf. ROIC 32] 6. All members of the Continental Alliance at the time of approval of this petition may be considered citizens of both the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance as determined by Regional Statutes. Both Regions reserve the right to negotiate citizenship status and requirements for future members of both regions. [cf. ROIC 15§7] 7. The Continental Alliance will be recognized by the Continental Union as an equal member community of the Unified Regional Forum and will select a representative to sit on the Unified Executive Council. [cf. IV FCh 5(c)] 8. RESOLVED and APPROVED unanimously by the Board of Directors of the Continental Trust on the 28th day of December, anno Domini 2011, in the year of the Continental Union, second.

1. The purpose of this Executive Regional Order-in-Council is to establish guidelines and procedures for the distribution of posting credits made with secondary officer profiles at the end of each chancellery administration. 2. Posting credits created by Regional Officers using Secondary Officer profiles will be transferred from the secondary profiles to the Regional Officer’s primary profile at the end of a chancellery administration., and reset to “zero” once the transfer of credits has been approved and completed. 3. Below is listed the process by which the transfer of credits will occur: 4. Officers who did not serve during the entire chancellery administration period will receive a modified part of the posting credits under certain circumstances: 5. The Regional Founder reserves the right to alter the process outline above for special circumstances that may not be enumerated or considered above.
