1) The Constitutional Commission reveiwed the proposed list of Regional Statutes appended to Constitutional Law and evaluated each on for relevance to definitions of Constitutional Law discussed by this Commission in prior sessions. 2) The following Regional Statutes were approved for inclusion in the Canon of Constitutional Law: 3) The abstract of these Regional Statutes above will be included in Article Seven in the same manner is written above and are declared a part of Constitutional Law. 4) Additional Regional Statutes may be included as appendages to Constitutional Law after ratifification has occured following the processes outlined in CCR 12 concerning the ratification of the Founder's Charter and closure of the Constitutional Canon.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Twelve: Ratification of the Founder's Charter, Its Appendages to Constitutional Law, and the Closure of the Constitutional Canon, A Resolution of the Constitutional Commission. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 12 Date Issued: 24 July 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Constitutional Commission of the Continental Union has completed the review process of the Founder's Charter and its appendages to Constitutional Law, and declares that the same may be posted for ratification by the General Membership once approval has been obtained by all three Founding Partners of the Continental Union. 2) Once the Founding Partners have unanimously approved the Founder's Charter and its appendages to Constitutional Law, the final version of the Constitutional Canon will be posted by the Count-Palatine for the General Membership to review and ratify. 3) The Commission further declares that a minimum of 25 votes are required for ratification, of which 75% must be in favor of ratification in order for the Closure of the Constitutional Canon to commence. 4) The Commission and the Founder's Council can propose that additional Regional Orders-in-Council or Constitutional Commission Resolutions be included in the Constitutional Canon for a period of ten to thirty days after the required number of votes are obtained for ratification as stated in section five of this Resolution. 5) The Count-Palatine of the Continental Union is authorized to declare the closure of the Canon of Constitutional Law once the following criteria have been met: 6) The Constitutional Commission unanimously approved this Resolution.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Thirteen: Additions to Constitutional Law Canon, A Resolution of the Constitutional Commission. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 13 Date Issued: 28 July 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) Once the minimum number of votes have been met for ratification of the Constitutional Law Canon, additional Regional Orders-in-Council or Constitutional Commission Resolutions can be proposed for inclusion in the Canon within 15 to 30 days of receiving the final vote as stated in CCR 12. 2) The Founder's Council can propose and approve any such Order or Resolution for inclusion, which must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the General Membership. 3) Members of the Region can propose changes outside of the Founder's Council if the proposal is supported by two other members and presented to the General Membership for approval in the same manner as stated in section 2 of this order. 3) Once these additions have been approved, ratification of the Constitutional Law Canon will require a minimum of thirty votes with a 75% approval. 4) Once the Canon has been declared closed by the Count-Palatine of the Continental Union, no other Orders, Statutes, or Resolutions can be added to the Canon. 5) The Founder may at a future time call a Constitutional Commission to interpret Constitutional Law or provide additional details on any part of Constitutional Law if challenged. 6) This Resolution was unanimously approved by the Constitutional Commission.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Thirteen: Ratification of the Constitutional Canon, A Resolution of the Constitutional Commission. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 14 Date Issued: 1 December 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) This Constitutional Commission Resolution officially publishes the ratification of the Canon of Constitutional Law of the Unified Region of the Continental Union. 2) Between 30 November and 1 December 2011, the final votes were cast for Ratification of the Constitutional Canon that were sufficient to complete the number of votes required for ratification as outlined in CCR 12. 3) A total of 27 votes were cast: 24 in favor of ratification and 3 opposed to ratification. Based on these figures, the Canon is only required to remain open for 15 days after the final qualifying vote is cast as stated in section 3 of CCR 12. 4) Members are hereby notified that propsals to revise or alter any part of the Constitutional Canon must be submitted on the regional forum as outlined in CCR 13 to be considered for discussion and approval on or before 16 December 2011. 5) No approval or review by the Constitutional Commission is required for the publication of this Resolution.
