The Constitutional Commission decided to remove the definitions and explanations of terms used in the Charter to a Commission Resolution and the remaining text about the phasing was left in. Because we changed this order and renamed it, we have to resubmit to the polls.
1. The purpose of this Regional Order-in-Council is to outline the phasing of Regional Officers for each Phase of Regional Governance.
2. Regional Officer Phasing will be based on Stages of Governance as outlined below:
3. The Regional Census is to be taken at regular intervals as determined by the Founder’s Council conducted by the Regional Officer assigned to complete this task as defined by Constitutional Law.
