I was just reading through some orders for the commission and noticed that the definition of the endocap is not correct. I'm surprised no one noticed it before. The limit is for the person receiving the endorsement not the one sending them. I don't think it's spelled out in the orders or const law. II'll look at ROIC 30 again. I think we'll have to edit it and resubmit to the polls.

Also, we found some minor text errors and had to change on section a little so article six would make sense. Do you guys want us to post the whole article for approval or just the one small area we changed?

I never noticed it before. I will post something in the Council about this. I am sure that they meant that but it was not explained that way. We will need to review this.
