1) Discussions and review of Article Four of the Founder's Charter by the Constitutional Commission began on 20 March 2011. 2) The Commission discussed and approved the following changes and revision to Article Four: 3) The revised version of Article Four was unanimously approved by the Commission and posted to the General Membership polls for approval on 20 April 2011. 4) The General Membership approved the revised version of this Article as submitted by the Commission by a vote of 10 to 0 at the time the poll closed on 26 April 2011.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Seven: Article Five of the Founder's Charter. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 07 Date Issued: 30 May 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Constitutional Commission began review and deliberations concerning Article Five of the Founder's Charter on 10 April 2011. 2) The assignment and recognition of the Regional Founder was changed to reflect the Founding Nation's name instead of the Founder's profile name as noted in previous texts. 3) The Commission also implemented the following minor changes and revisions: 4) The revised version of Article Five was unanimously approved by the Commission and posted to the General Membership polls for approval on 4 May 2011. 5) The General Membership approved the revised version of this Article as submitted by the Commission by a vote of 14 to 0 at the time the poll closed on 12 May 2011.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Eight: Overview on Article Six of the Founder's Charter. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 08 Date Issued: 30 May 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) Discussions and review of Article Six of the Founder's Charter began on 10 April 2011. 2) Minor revisions of this Article were required in the sections concerning the presentation by the Regional Chancellor of approved legislative proposals to the Founder's Council. 3) The revised version of Article Six was unanimously approved by the Commission and posted to the General Membership polls for approval on 16 May 2011. 4) The General Membership approved the revised version of this Article as submitted by the Commission by a vote of 12 to 0 at the time the poll closed on 22 May 2011.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Nine: Approval of Article Seven Purpose of the Constitutional Commission and Commission Resolutions. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 09 Date Issued: 9 June 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The text of Article Seven of the Founder's Charter has been reviewed by the Commission as presented in the final version of the Charter. 2) The Commission authorized the deletion of text concerning prior Charter ratification proposals and authorized the Count-Palatine of the Continental Union to insert updated approval and ratification information upon closure of the Constitutional Canon. 3) The Commission unanimously approved the text and authorized the Count-Palatine of the Continental Union to certify the process and procedures for ratification of the Charter.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Ten: Clarification of Terms used in Constitutional Law and Interpretation. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 10 Date Issued: 13 June 2011. Revision Status: None.
1. This resolution is created for the purpose of defining and clarifying terms used in the Founder’s Charter and other documents contained in the Canon of Constitutional Law. Most of these terms and text was initially approved by the General Membership as part of Regional Order-in-Council number ten. 2.
