Change in ROIC 30

Hellow All!

I just read through the text of the ROIC about the Delegate. There were some minor typos. I don't want to resubmit unless you guys really want me to. One of the statements about the Regional Founder not being able to participate in WA polls was written twice (and nobody caught it). The part about the Founder combining the delegate with another office did not include "...or other Præsidium Officer."

If there aren't any objections, I'd just like to change the text and be done with it. Let me know what you think...

Yah. I saw that when I was reading the proposal. I just figured you guys would edit it. I don't have a problem with the edits. OK by me.

hahahaha...this is funny. I thought that I saw one of the sentences duplicated when I read the one in the poll but I was having so many connection problems that day that I thought it was a computer tick or something. I say to make the corrections and post it in the archives without going through a polling. I hope that;s ok with everyone.
