Constitutional Commission Resolution Number One: Purpose of the Constitutional Commission and Commission Resolutions. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 01 Date Issued: 25 March 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Constitutional Commission was authorized and created by Regional Order-in-Council Twenty-Five to streamline the process for revisions to the proposed canon of Constitutional Law of the Unified Region of the Continental Union. 2) The Constitutional Commission will officially convene on 25 March 2011 to review all articles of the Founder's Council and Regional Orders-in-Council appended to Constitutional Law. 3) As stated in ROIC 25, the Commission has the authority to revise any part of Constitutional Law based on members' suggestions, prior constitutional law discussion, and opinions of Commission Members to create a more streamlined canon of constitutional law that will accommodate all potential situations and future scenarios. 4) The Commission will post resolutions that will announce, declare, and officiate the following: 5) Approval of Commission Resolutions will be done informally and will require the unanimous approval of all three Commission Members. 6) The Commission may be reconvened after the conclusion of its current assignment at the discretion of the Regional Founder in accordance with Constitutional Law for the purpose of review or examination of matters related to Constitutional Law.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Two: Process for Revisions and Approvals for the Founder's Charter and Appendages to Constitutional Law. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 02 Date Issued: 26 March 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Commission will review one article each week and the orders of constitutional law the final week. 2) Each individual will post comments on opinions and suggestions for changes during the first three days of the week. One of the members will be selected to draft a final version for the commission to vote on each week. 3) Once the article has been approved by the Commission, it will be posted in the polls for all members to approve. 4) If the article is not approved, the Commission request comments for the members concerning the article and revise it for resubmittal.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Four: Revision and Submission of Article Two of the Founder's Charter. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 04 Date Issued: 6 April 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Commission reviewed and deliberated on Article II of the Founder's Charter beginning 14 March 2011. 2) The Commission decided to remove all references to Regional WA Delegate and transfer the text to a Regional Order-in-Council appended to Constitutional Law for the following reasons: 3) The Commission also included additional text referencing the Unified Regional Board and the responsibilities of the Regional Founder acting as the Executive Administrator: 4) The Regional Order-in-Council concerning the Regional Delegate was submitted to the polls on 30 March 2011, approved by the General Membership 10 to 0, and granted Founder's Assent on 5 April 2011. 5) The Revised Article II was submitted for referendum on 30 March 2011 and was approved by the General Membership 10 to 0 with the polls closing on 4 April 2011.

Constitutional Commission Resolution Number Five: Article III of the Founder's Charter. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CCR 05 Date Issued: 6 April 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Constitutional Commission has reviewed Article III of the Founder's Charter and finds no major text changes or topic changes to be made. 2) The Commission has determined that it is not necessary to post a revised version of this article because no major changes or amendments were made to this article. 3) The current version is sufficient and will be included added to the revised version of the Founder's Charter.
