1) Based on comments and suggestions posted by the General Membership of the Continental Union and requests made by the Continental Trust of the Continental Alliance, the intrinsic value of the Region's principal currency unit is hereby revised to reflect a more realist value of exchange. 2) The value of the Silver Florin will be established as 120 troy grains of 0.999 fine silver. 3) The posting of the new value of the Silver Florin will be done in accordance with all prior directives and ROIC 13. 4) Any currently existing accounts and publications expressing the value of the Silver Florin established by 02 RCD 05 will be modified to express the new official value.
