This is an open letter for all those members interested in forming a Hispanic League. For us to do this according to the law, we have to submit a petition. But to do this, we need to choose a representitive and submit a list of charter members. After we do this, we can petition for a board exclusive to us. Let me know what you want to do.
I propose Marzano as our representitive. He can submit the petition to the Quaestor General's Office and we can go from there. And is the name Hispanic League OK is does someone have any suggestions? We need to know this too.

Thanks Yuyis...what if I don't want to be nominated? JK! I accept only if our chartermembers want me to represent them in the process. I assume that the member list is...

Is there anyone else?
And are we going to be a political party also? I'll need to know that for the purpose part of the application. As far as the name is, I was thinking either Hispanic League or the Liga Ibero-Americana...like the association of Spain and Latin America.

@ Yuyis...I like Ibero-Americana as the name. It sounds more interesting. And I guess Marzano will be ok as the rep.

Iberian League basically refers to Span and Portugal. We are not located there so we need something more descriptive of the geopolitic. I think Ibero-American is a little long and Hispanic just seems to focussed on Mestizo groups.
And if Yuyis wants me to put this petition thing together, we need to set up a board so I can post questions about all of the things I need to submit. I'm going to request a board in the help desk.
