Continental Trust Resolution Number Six Assignment of the Quæstor General of the Continental Union, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 06 Date Issued: 22 April 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Board of Directors of the Continental Trust hereby authorizes the Quæstor General of the Continental Union to administer permission masks, access, and other profile-related matters in the Continental Alliance. 2) The duties and responsibilities of the Quæstor General will be assigned by the Regional Founder. 3) Members of the Continental Alliance are bound to follow all pronouncements issued by the Office of the Quæstor General unless such pronouncements specifically exclude the Continental Alliance. 4) The Board of Directors reserves the right to cancel any pronouncement or exclude participation of the Continental Alliance in any regulation issued by the Office of the Quæstor General that the Board deems not applicable to the Continental Alliance. 5) The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the Quæstor General to use the title "Quæstor General of the Continental Alliance" in full or in conjunction with the legal name of office bestowed by the Regional Founder. 6) The Board of Directors unanimously approves this resolution.

Continental Trust Resolution Number Seven Assignment of the Office of the Auditor General of the Continental Alliance, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 07 Date Issued: 23 April 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Board of Directors of the Continental Trust hereby establishes and defines the Office of the Auditor General as an Agent and Officer of the Continenal Alliance. 2) This Officer is authorized to carry out the following responsibilities: 3) The Auditor General is also authorized to conduct audits of business entity or capital trust financial statements to verify conformance with Continental Alliance roleplay regulations and payment of assessments as authorized by law. 4) The Auditor General may create and assign junior auditors to assist in the auditing of activities in the Continental Alliance. 5) The Board of Directors unanimously approved this Resolution.

Continental Trust Resolution Number Nine Operatation of Continental Union Dicasteries in the Continental Alliance, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 09 Date Issued: 2 June 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) The Continental Trust hereby designates certain dicasteries of the Continental Union to monitor certain activities in the Continental Alliance and enforce specific requirements and statutes of the Continental Alliance as outlined below. 2) The Ministry of the Regional Treasury of the Continental Union will handle all finance and currency related issues in the Continental Alliance as outlined in ROIC 16. 3) The Ministry of Internal Relations will handle all membership relations and other related issues as outlined in ROIC XX. The ministry will work with future agencies established by the Continental Trust to monitor registration and residence requirements and processes. 4) The Quaestor General of the Continental Union is also designated as the Quaestor General of the Continental Alliance . 5) The Minister of Foreign relations will be responsible for diplomatic relations with other regions as in the Continental Union. 6) The Continental Trust may establish an agency to handle other diplomatic relations separate from the Union as authorized by the Continental Trust. 7) The Regional Government of the Continental Union may assess a fees to the Continental Trust to offset the costs incurred for its dicasteries' operations in the Continental Alliance. 8) The Continental Trust and the Continental Alliance can cancel all or part of any of this resolution by communicating these intentions to the Founder's Council no less than ten days before such changes or cancellations take effect. 9) The text of this resolution was approved and enacted by the Founder's Council of the Continental Union on 31 May 2011, indexed as ROIC 32 with Assent Granted 1 June 2011. RESOLVED unanimously by the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust.

Continental Trust Resolution Number Ten Petition for Sovereign Autonomy for the Continental Alliance, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 10 Date Issued: 20 February 2012. Revision Status: None.
1. This Continental Trust Resolution is an official petition to the Founder's Council of the Continental Union to establish additional autonomy for the NationStates Region of the Continental Alliance. 2. The Continental Trust, as outlined in its approved Articles of Incorporation, will act as the collective administrative body for the Continental Alliance. All Continental Union statutes approved and assented after the acceptance of this petition will not be valid in the Continental Alliance unless approved by the Continental Trust or its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as outlined in the approved Articles of Incorporation. [cf. III AAI 1] 3. The CEO of the Continental Trust will be designated as the Executive WA Delegate of the Continental Alliance and will exercise authority over administration of the Region on the NationStates platform to include approval of embassies and the banning/ejecting of members. [cf. III AAI 6.2 & 7.5] 4. The Continental Alliance will continue to use the membership hierarchy established by the Continental Union. The Continental Trust reserves the right to alter the hierarchy regimen for its members. [cf. III AAI 3.3] 5. The following Continental Union dicasteries will continue to exercise authority over Continental Alliance affairs and their actions may be subject to approval by the Continental Trust: [cf. ROIC 32] 6. All members of the Continental Alliance at the time of approval of this petition may be considered citizens of both the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance as determined by Regional Statutes. Both Regions reserve the right to negotiate citizenship status and requirements for future members of both regions. [cf. ROIC 15§7] 7. The Continental Alliance will be recognized by the Continental Union as an equal member community of the Unified Regional Forum and will select a representative to sit on the Unified Executive Council. Continental Trust Resolution Number Eight Residency Requirements and Categories for the Continental Alliance, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 08 Date Issued: 2 June 2011. Revision Status: None.
1) All members who have a NationStates nation in the Continental Alliance become citizens of the Alliance with full access to the Alliance Board without any waiting periods. 2) Members of the Continental Union and Continental Alliance have access to econ roleplays and have the right to purchase and manage business entities in the Continental Alliance. 3) Members of both regions are eligible for financing/mortgaging to purchase businesses in accordance with guidelines and terms established by the Continental Settlement Bank. 4) Citizens of the Continental Alliance are those who have met residence and citizen requirements of the Continental Union or the Continental Alliance. 5) Citizenship in the Continental Alliance will be divided into the following categories, which will be used to determine the level of financing for business entity purchases and other activities: 6) Only Citizens and Dual Citizens may serve as officers of the Continental Alliance and are entitled to maximum financing benefits and reduced assessment fees.
