Declaration of Chief Executive Officer of the Continental Trust,
A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 02
Date Issued: 27 March 2011.

1. In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation of the Founding Partners Continental Trust, the Founding Partners--acting as the Board of Directors--declares its selection of a Chief Executive Officer. 2. The Board of Directors met and deliberated between March 2011 and 26 March 2011 and unanimously approved the selection of Basileus Romanus as Chief Executive Officer. 3. Basileus Romanus is hereby granted all powers and privileges of Chief Executive Officer of the Founding Partners Continental Trust and Chief Administrator of the Continental Alliance as authorized by the Articles of Incorporation.

Declaration of Members of the Board of Directors of the Continental Trust,
A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 03

1. In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation of the Founding Partners Continental Trust, the Founding Partners--acting as the Board of Directors--declares the selection of permanent members of the Board. 2. Members of the Board of Directors include the Founding Partners as authorized by the Articles of Incorporation to include Imperator Rex (Founder), Basileus Romanus (CEO), and Sabastos (Founding Partner). 3. Additional permanent Members of the Board will include Yuyis (Associate Founding Partner of the Continental Union) and Dragos (Founding Member of the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance). 4. All members above will be afforded all rights and priviledges of Members of the Board of Directors as authorized by the Articles of Incorporation. 5. This resolution was approved unanimously by the Founding Partners of the Continental Trust.

Accounting and Roleplay Activity Periods,
A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Founding Partners Continental Trust. [/color][/b][/center] Index: CTR 04

1. All economy and business roleplays in the Continental Alliance will operate in minor and major time periods to measure activities and other criteria used for these roleplays. 2. These time periods will also be used for accounting and finance-related activities as outline in roleplay rules established by the Continental Trust. These periods will be known as fiscal periods. 3. Minor fiscal periods will be defined as calendar months. 4. Major or significant fiscal periods will be defined as quarters. 5. Quarters will begin every January, April, July, and October.

Continental Trust Resolution Number Five
Authorization of Participation in Joint Agencies of Business Registry and Capitalization,

1) In accordance with ROIC 26, the Continental Trust is required to approve the participation of the Office of the Auditor General of the Continental Alliance in Joint Governmental Agencies established between the Continenal Alliance and the Continental Union. 2) The Board approves participation of the Auditor General in the activities of the Joint Agency of Business Registry to facilitate and monitor the registration of business entities in both the Continental Alliance and the Continental Union. 3) The Board approves participation of the Auditor General in the activities of the Joint Agency of Capitalization to facilitate and monitor the registration of capital trust and other entities in both the Continental Alliance and the Continental Union. 4) The board authorizes the Auditor General to act as an agent plenipotentiary when representing the interests of the Continental Alliance in Joint Agency activities. 5) The Auditor General is required to seek the Board's approval before committing the Continental Alliance to any orders or resolutions that would have a significant impact on the activities of the Continental Alliance. 6) The Board of Directors unanomously approves this resolution.
