Regional Order-in-Council Number Twenty-Seven Creation of the Joint Agency of Corporate Registry, An Executive Order of the Founder's Council of the Continental Union. 1) This Regional Order-in-Council authorizes the establishment of a Joint Agency of Corporate Registry to oversee the process of registration and incorporation of corporate entities operating in the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance. 2) The Joint Agency of Corporate Registry will include the Ministry of Internal Relations of the Continental Union and the Auditor General of the Continental Alliance. 3) The Regional Chancellery of the Continental Union and the Continental Trust of the Continental Alliance have approved the proposal of this Joint Agency as outlined in ROIC 26§3(b). 4) This Joint Agency is authorized to review and approve resolutions concerning the process for the creation and approval of Corporate Entities to operate in the Continental Alliance. 5) This Order-in-Council can only be modified or repealed by the Founder’s Council.

1) This Regional Order-in-Council authorizes the establishment of a Joint Agency of Capitalization to oversee the process of verification of funding for proposed corporate entities operating in the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance. 2) The Joint Agency of Capitalization will include the Ministry of the Regional Treasury, the Ministry of Internal Relations, the Office of the Questor General of the Continental Union and the Auditor General of the Continental Alliance. 3) The Regional Chancellery and the Founder’s Council of the Continental Union and the Continental Trust of the Continental Alliance have approved the proposal of this Joint Agency as outlined in ROIC 26§3(b). 4) This Joint Agency is authorized to review and approve resolutions concerning the process for the verifying the capitalization and financial soundness of new Financial Corporate Entities and Capital Trusts to operate in the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance. 5) This Order-in-Council can only be modified or repealed by the Founder’s Council.

1. The Regional World Assembly Delegate is the Region’s representative to the NationStates World Assembly. The scope of this Officer’s activities and functionality is governed by the Regional Founder upon Review by Council. 2. The Regional Founder is also granted the authority to govern the appointment, activities, jurisdiction, and functionality of any future NationStates-generated Regional Office or position upon Review by Council. 3. The Regional Founder may not participate in polls, discussions, or arguments related to World Assembly issues once the Region has reached Stage II of Regional Governance. 4. Endorsements by World Assembly members of the Region are used as the method of selecting the Regional Delegate to the World Assembly on the NationStates Regional Forum. World Assembly members of the Region are required to endorse the member selected as the Regional Delegate by Regional Election or appointment as authorized by Law. (b) All endorsement conditions and limits will be published and posted as Regional Orders-in-Council. (c) Legislation may be approved and enacted to monitor violations of EndoCap limits to include remedies, processes, and punative actions. [/ul] 5. The Regional Founder may authorize the combining of the Regional Delegate office with that of the Regional Chancellor or other Præsidium Officer upon Review by Council and regulate the duration and conditions of such an act.
