Attention All Members of the Continental Alliance and Continental Union Government Agencies With Authority in the Continental Alliance.

The Continental Trust is in need of special assistance and focus re-evaluation in order to complete the important elements and operational components for the Continental Exchange.

Effective Immediately

All members of the Continental Trust and its agents are hereby ordered to refrain from posting on boards other than those of the Continental Alliance as related to project completion. No change orders, graphics, banners, board modifications, or any other decorative or non-essential requests to the Help Desk or any other quaestor or agent will be processed without my express approval.

This order will remain in place until I am satified that the Continental Trust and its agents have completed their tasks and will open the Continental Exchange by a reasonable deadline approved by me.

Delivered in camara to the Board of Directors of the Continental Trust by Imperator Rex, Regional Founder of the Continental Alliance this 16th day of September, 2012.

To be published as a Letters Patent by Letor, Registar-Recorder within ten days of issue.
