My opponent has done a really great job with getting members transfered to the region. He has brought more people over than I have but he does not keep clear records of what he's doing. This causes problems because we could be recruiting at the same time and sending tg's to the same people without knowing it. That actually happened once. Two people tg'd me back and asked me why they got two invites.
Does Moño have a plan to make recruting more effective? I think he's got an idea but hasn't put it all together. I have some ideas and a plan. All I need are the recruiters to help us out.

You cannot be specific with your plan? There is liitle information about the recruiting parts. I have tried to do it before and I get stuck.

Hold on there! Moño does have a plan, and just like my opponent, I don't want to give away all of my secrets. As far as my organizing skills, I have those! I keep track of what I'm doing. There was never any structure with how to post all this info and there's alot of it. I'd like to use my organizing skills and bring structure to our campaigns to avoid confusion and double telegrams.

I'll say this much. I'd like to create some kind of plan that will take us beyond the normal waiting around the feeders like vultures and swoop down to telegram the new nations that have just signed up to Nationstates.

I'd have to say whoever brought the three newest ones on the forum was doing something right. We need to repeat that kind of recruiting and the recruiter should get a medal!
