Please provide a brief on your campaign topic or political platform that we can post in a neutral area. It must be more more than 120 words:
I've been in the region almost since I started in Nationstates. I've been very active recruiting for the region for about a year. I've brought in a lot more new members than anyone else doing recruiting. I'm organized and keep track of what's going on. I'd like to lead the next recruiting campaign and double the size of the region.

Ok, Mr. Chief Recruiter Man, I got a question for you. What have you done in the last several months to get more people on here? I know we can troll the feeder regions but we've all seen that's just hit and miss, and about half of those people cease to exist after a month or two.

I've gotta say that's not really his fault. You never know what people are going to do. NS itse;f without all the other fluff is kinda boring and repetitious. People stay on because they like the forums and do other RP stuff. It's hit and miss, but there are some strategies you can use to try to get the right people on board.

True but what is being done now to correct this? Isn't Mono supposed to be doing that already? Afterall, he's the chief recruiter.

It's true. You can't force people to stay around, but you got to create an environment that keeps people. And that's hard to do too. Not everyone will tell you what they want, especially when they don't know. I'm sure there's got to be a plan or strategy for doing this right. What do you have to offer?

It looks like you guys have the bascially the same question. So, I'll answer it here. There is no for sure way to get people to stay in ns or the forums. I've got a couple ideas to kinda weed out the new countries that probably won't hang around for too long. I've sent out hundreds of recruit letters and post a couple of times on the ns forums. For stuff like this, you're lucky to get a 10% response. You can tell I've been doing marketing homework. Like I said I got some ideas but I'd be stupid to spill it all out here because the competition is posting in my board too! You'll just have to trust me based on my record so far.

Yah, I have to say you got a very good record and you went about doing the recruiting on your own. One minor negative is that you did not post your lists in the RC. Naughty, naughty.
