I have done lots of recruiting with Mono and have chatted with members of other regions that are interested in creating diplomatic relations with our region. I enjoy the recruiting part and will do my best to get more embassies to open on the forums.

Are you kidding me? Get your butt off my board! I know I can do a better job than you because I take things seriously. You may get a couple more people on here than I do, but I've done a good job keeping track of what I do. We need to come up with some strategies to bring retention up. What about you?

How do you think you can get people on here and keep them around long enough to post and be active members?

@bas and Moño - I think I can do a better job because I'm a little more organized and will make sure we have all necessary documentation so we don't telegram the same people more than once.

@everyone else - You guys have to understand that this is a group effort. I think even Moño will agree with me on this one. You guys can't just lump all the responsibility for keeping members on here on the recruiters. All of us need to create interest and encourage people to post and b e part of whatever it is we're doing.
