I've been active in other regions and have some experience as a minor officer. I have experience with NationStates and will work to satisfy the needs of the members who will elect me. I was the WA delegate for three months in the first region I partcipated in.

This is a valid question. Unless you have a vote poll on every issue, there really isn't a way to know this.

I think it's hard to figure out. Polls are good but not everyone gets on everyday and the WA can have several issues a week. Maybe something like polling members' basic political ideas and philosphies can help fill in the missing parts that continuous polling can provide. We can try a variety of things and see what everyone thinks.

That might work too. Did you also know that according to ROIC 30-something that your job duties are defined by Imp. You could have all these great ideas, but he may not go for them. Be careful not to promise things you may not be able to deliver.
