While we were waiting for our image and shop issues to be resolved, we quæstors were busy working on this board for Dragos and the CBC. Please let us know what you think and what we can do better. These boards will also be installed in certain areas of the forum so that members, businesses, and other groups can get ad exposure for themselves. We still need to do some minor adjustments. You will notice that we have placed mini ads for the political parties and activities to see how they will scroll and appear. No need to worry, Dragos will not charge you for this service...yet.  As we recruit more members who will be interested in posting "programs" and other things. Some of the direct links in the center window are not connected yet. |

I like the direct link part. That must have been alot of work! So far it looks good. My only concern is that someone will go wild and want to put these headers in too many places. Don't those funky ads from Proboards cause enough problems. Let's not over do it.

Same here. We don't want these everywhere. I think the areas suggested are fine. Are you going to redo the Pink Canadian header so it's like the one in CBC?

Ditto! Don't put them everywhere. I like what Sabastos said. Four or five areas is OK. More than that will be pretty annoying. I'm sure most of us are SICK of see RL ads all over the place. We need a little break. What kind of program are you guys going to put together? I might be interested in hosting a Q & A on women's issues. |

How did I end up posting after you again, Teleskopia? Women's Issues! Oh no. I'm changing the channel!  It looks pretty good, huh? We did a good job on it. Now we'll need to fix some other things now that we've figured the images out. |

Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. I will tell you that we do not plan to overdo the ad boards. I believe that in total we will have six. We will make sure that they are not too busy and we will make an agreement with the government to scroll special reminders and important information on these boards also.
Teleskopia We can discuss your options for creating the program you suggest once we have completed all the boards in this area. I have also contacted two other members who are interested in doing this also.

Very nice.
And, Bas, we are working on the badge issues. The images here on this board don't require resizing because the sizing is included with the rest of the scoller and image codes. Badges can't be loaded that way.
