Official Charter of the Slavic Alliance,
A Capital Public Trust of the Continental Domains.
Article I: Who We Are
The Slavic Alliance (SA) was created originally in 2011 to help promote the interests of those members of Slavic origins. We are a social group no connected with any political party. The Slavic Alliance was also created as a business alliance for Slavic members who have businesses in the Continental Alliance. Our goal is to support each other and protect our members' business interests and promote ourselves in the market. The Slavic Alliance is a Social and Capital Trust of the Continental Domains as approved by the Founder’s Council of the Continental Union on 2 June 2012.
Article II: Leadership
1. The leadership of the Slavic Alliance shall be carried by two primary officials of the party
- 1a. The Founder
- 1b. The President
2. The Founder's responsibilities in the Slavic Alliance shall include the following
- 2a. The founder will be responsible for the financing and operations of the businesses and investments for the group. Majority of these will involve the Continental Alliance.
- 2b. The founder can expell members by recommendation of the president.
3. The President's responsibilities in the Slavic Alliance involve the following
- 3a. The president will make membership decisions and keep the Slavic Alliance organized.
- 3b. For major investment decisions or major loans to members, the president will need to approve them.
Article III: Membership
1. Anyone who is either Slavic, of Slavic origin, or is interested in learning about Slavic culture is eligible to apply and be granted membership to the Slavic Alliance.
- 1a. For the purpose of this code of conduct, Slavic is hereby defined as: Of, relating to, or denoting the branch of the Indo-European language family that includes Russian, Ukrainian, and Belorussian (East Slavic), Polish, Czech, Slovak, and Sorbian (West Slavic), and Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Macedonian, and Slovene (South Slavic).
2. Members of the Slavic Alliance are free to leave and rejoin the party to their liking for their reasons. To leave, the alliance, members are required to notify by posting a thread of their leave. To rejoin, former members will have to sign-up as a new member, with a new record.
3. The membership applications will be ruled on by the SA President or the SA Founder.
4. Removal of a member of the alliance requires an 80% majority of votes in the referendum. Abstained votes will not count.
5. Other referendums, not concerning membership, are to be determined by a 60% majority.
Article IV: Basic Rules
1. Members need to conduct themselves in a manner that best reflects a positive image for the group.
2. All posts that incite hatred against a person or persons on the grounds of nationality, gender, religion, race, disability, sexual orientation or age are banned on this board.
3. Violating the Founder's or President's rules regarding the Slavic Alliance or the board is also disallowed.
4. Failure to follow the above rules and guidelines may revoke the member's membership from the alliance.
