If you would kindly....
create:
a Constitutional Matters sub-forum, open to all members
a Proposals sub-forum, open to all members
a Defeated Bills sub-forum, again open to all
and a Voting Booth sub-forum, open to all but the relevant Executive officials etc.

I can imagine that we have permission to alter and install these boards.
