1. A Regional Forum Profile Registry is to be created for the purpose of tracking and referencing members of the Regional Forum. 2. All forum members are required to post one topic in the Profile Registry that will include basic information to be posted in an instruction section with the template code to be copied and pasted in to the member’s profile posting. 3. The Registrar-Recorder will monitor this Registry and make every possible to effort to ensure compliance with this posting requirement. 4. The Registrar-Recorder will also be charged with creating guidelines for using these profile registry entries and maintain updated status for each member as required by Regional Statutes. 5. Authority to regulate and monitor the Profile Registry and any other registry so created is hereby transferred to the Office of the Registrar-Recorder. 5. The enforcement of this Pronouncement as valid in the Continental Alliance was affirmed by CTR 11, approved by the Continental Trust on 28 February 2012.

1. Topic posts on the Profile Registry will be used for the purpose of posting membership status, awards, and other information related to participation by the member in regional activities. 2. The Registrar-Recorder will maintain this board to be sure that all information about member status and activities deemed appropriate and necessary is corrected and updated within a reasonable amount of time. 3. Members may be required to post specific information included in a template to be maintained by the Registrar-Recorder. 4. Topics in the Profile Registry will remained locked to prevent post replies other than those authorized by the Registrar-Recorder. 5. Below is an overview listing of the type of membership information that will be posted in the Profile Registry: 6. At the time of this Pronouncement, only primary profiles require posting in the Profile Registry and other profiles held by the primary must be included in the post. The Registrar-Recorder may create a separate reference board for the posting of secondary or tertiary profiles. 7. Alliance Business Entities profiles require a different registration in the Alliance Business registry as outlined in CTR 12. 8. This pronouncement is valid and enforceable in the Continental Alliance by extension of II ImpRex 36.

1. In order to provide guidance and monitor the activities of initiating the opening of the Regional Assembly, I hereby appoint the Regional Chancellor, Xanxabara, who is the highest ranking of the Officers of the Elective Branches of Government, to oversee initial activities of the Regional Assembly until an Assembly Speaker is duly elected in accordance to Constitutional Law. 2. Xanxabara’s primary focus will be restricted to the following activities as discussed in the Founder’s Council: 3. Xanxabara’s assignment will terminate once the Assembly Speaker is elected and takes office. 4. Xanxabara is also authorized to assist in the organization of a Constitutional Convention if the petition to repeal ROIC 01 is approved and enacted.

1. II ImpRex 20 (previously known as QGP 07) is hereby abrogated and modified to restrict prefixing as indicated in the following sections of this Pronouncement: 2. Only the profile types listed below will contain prefixes as indicated below, all other active primary profiles are not required to include prefixes: [/b] operating in the Continental Union will prefix with the letter combination zw-; b. Business Entities operating in the Continental Union or the Continental Alliance will prefix with the letter combination zx-; c. Tertiary Profiles for non-governmental Trusts operating in the Continental Union and the Continental Alliance will prefix with the letter combination zy-; d. Tertiary Profiles and Agents of the Regional Government of the Continental Union, the Continental Trust of the Continental Alliance, or the Executive Council of the Unified Regional Forum will prefix with the letter combination zz-; e. All Primary Profiles that have been considered obsolete, or has not posted for an extended period of time as determined by the Quæstor General, will be modified to include the prefix zzx-. [/ul] 3. Those Primary Profiles declared inactive or obsolete as outlined in 2(c) above, may be modified to remove the prefix once the member returns as determined by the Quæstor General. 4. This Pronouncement is legal and enforceable in the Continental Alliance.

1. WHEREAS, the Sovereign Constituents of the Continental Domains are Partners and Members of the NationStates Republic (NS Republic) and have concluded an alliance agreement; 2. WHEREAS, Enlightened Defenders, leader of the NS Republic, has distinguished the Diplomatic Commission of the Continental Domains to the NS Republic with special status and honors on the NS Republic Forum; 3. WHEREAS, the NS Republic and the Continental Domains enjoy a very special relationship; I, Imperator Rex, Founder of the Regions of the Continental Domains, hereby authorize and declare the construction of a Diplomatic High Commission board for the NS Republic with all the rights and privileges accorded a High Commission.
