1. Moño has been selected upon recommendation by Xanxabara, Regional Chancellor and the Founder’s Council to serve the interests of the Continental Union as ambassador to The West Pacific. 2. Moño will serve in this capacity as plenipotentiary allowing him to negotiate treaties and other alliances with The West Pacific on behalf of the Region and the Regional Founder as the Founder’s Envoy. 3. Moño may also assist in the representation of the Continental Domains with the NS Republic, and inter-regional alliance of which the Continental Domains is a member. 4. The Quæstor General and Registrar-Recorder are hereby authorized to create a Diplomatic Credential for presentation to the appropriate foreign powers verifying his diplomatic capacity and assign appropriate badges signifying his diplomatic status. 5. The Continental Diplomat puppet state of Union-Alliance West, domiciled in The West Pacific, will be under the control of Moño while holding this ambassadorial assignment. 6. Moño will retain his diplomatic status and titles for as long as he enjoys the confidence of the Regional Founder, and his assignment will be reviewed annually and continued indefinitely until the assignment is completed or terminated.

Sabastos has been selected upon recommendation by Xanxabara, Regional Chancellor of the Continental Union, Basileus Romanus, Delegate Regent of the Continental Alliance, and the Founder’s Council to serve the interests of the Continental Union as ambassador and Founder’s Envoy to the NS Republic. 2. The Quæstor General and Registrar-Recorder are hereby authorized to create a Diplomatic Credential for presentation to the appropriate foreign powers verifying his diplomatic capacity and assign appropriate badges signifying his diplomatic status. 3. 1. Las Trinidades has been selected upon recommendation by Xanxabara, Regional Chancellor and the Founder’s Council to serve the interests of the Continental Union as ambassador to a foreign region to be determined by the Minister of Foreign Relations. 2. Las Trinidades is required to receive guidance from the Minister of Foreign Relations when negotiating treaties, alliances, or agreements with any foreign national or regional power. 3. The Quæstor General and Registrar-Recorder are hereby authorized to create a Diplomatic Credential for presentation to the appropriate foreign powers verifying his diplomatic capacity and assign appropriate badges signifying his diplomatic status upon regional assignment by the Minister of Foreign Relations. 4. Las Trinidades will retain his diplomatic status and titles for as long as he enjoys the confidence of the Regional Founder, and his assignment will be reviewed annually and continued indefinitely until the assignment is completed or terminated. 5. In recognition of his new status as ambassador and his interest in the Continental Union, Las Trinidades is hereby promoted to the position of Nuntius (COR 8) in the Equestrian Class of the Continental Membership Hierarchy.

WHEREAS, The Empire of Ruescher has made significant posting contributions to the Regional Forum in a short period of time, which has encouraged more activities and more members to join the Regional Forum; WHEREAS, The Empire of Ruescher has established the region’s first political party and encouraged the formation of other political parties in the Region to increase interest in Regional politics; WHEREAS, The Empire of Ruescher has taken a special interest in the Continental Union to help increase activities, membership, and encourage the formation of roleplays of various genres; WHEREAS, The Empire of Ruescher has provided important suggestions, ideas, and constructive criticism with the intention of making the Continental Union a more exciting and attractive region; I, Imperator Rex, Founder of the Continental Union and Continental Alliance, hereby grant The Empire of Ruescher a special posting honor citation and mandate that the top level of posting awards be named “Ruescher Level” in recognition of his service to the Continental Union. It is further ordered that The Empire of Ruescher be promoted to the position of Optio Moderator (CWO 2M) in the Centurion Class of the Continental Membership Hierarchy.

WHEREAS, G-Tech has made impressive posting contributions to the Regional Forum in a short period of time, which has encouraged more activities and more members to join the Regional Forum; WHEREAS, G-Tech has taken a special interest in the Continental Union to help increase activities, membership, and encourage the formation of roleplays of various genres; WHEREAS, G-Tech has investing time, effort, and creative thought into creating the Continental Union’s first large-scale RPG; WHEREAS, G-Tech has provided important suggestions and ideas to help make the Continental Union a more exciting and attractive region; I, Imperator Rex, Founder of the Continental Union and Continental Alliance, hereby grant G-Tech the honor title of “Game Master” and order that G-Tech be promoted to the position of Decurio Moderator (COR 9M) in the Equestrian Class of the Continental Membership Hierarchy in recognition of his service to the Continental Union.
