Request to justify text on scrollers

In the Slavic Union, the scroller text is justified and it's also that way in the Pink Canadian. I think it looks better than text that's centered. Can we get those changed on the chancellery boards? And, I don't think I need two text scrollers. There's not enough interesting stuff to write about. How about taking on away?

I like the justified version better too. I also think they should get rid of the "strong" text type.
