1. By popular consensus of the General Membership of the Continental Union and Continental Alliance, the name of Spammer Central will be changed to "The Pink Canadian" in honor of one of the Continental Union's most active and "beloved" members, The Empire of Ruescher (TRE).
2. As part of this name change and the inspiration behind it, I hereby appoint The Empire of Ruescher to the honorary position of Bartender with moderator status for The Pink Canadian forum.
3. The Office of the Quæstor General is hereby requested to create the appropriate banners and headers for The Pink Canadian using color schemes that will best represent this open forum.
4. It is also requested that a special activity badge be created for the honor position of Bartender of The Pink Canadian and assigned to TRE and his successors.
5. The Pink Canadian will be an Out-of-Character psoting forum open to all communities of the Unified Regional Forum.
6. The Bartender of The Pink Canadian is also authorized to request special recognition of members who have made the most interesting posts or created the best spam posting "games" in this forum for which special citations will be created upon his recommendation.
7. TRE's position as Bartender will remain in effect until otherwise cancelled by either the Regional Chancellor or TRE.
8. The Regional Chancellery also reserves the right to rename Spammer Central in the future if a significant number of the General Membership request such a change. The process for implementing such a change will be determined by the Regional Chancellor.
