I have gone through and rearranged things on the new and improved version of the charter. I think we can slim it down a little more by moving the sections about how the charter will be approved on to regional orders like we did with some other stuff. What does everyone think?

Here's what I think we need to do with this:
1. We should edit ROIC 01 to include the approval process as you mention so we can cut down on the verbage. This edited or revised order will need to be posted for discussion and approved in the polls.
2. The new article six will need to be posted for discussion (which you did) and then it will need to be put in the polls for approval before it is added to the rest of the Charter.
3. In reference to deleting the ROIC on orders that is part of constitutional law...I believe we need to keep it since it also lists definitions of ROICs and how they function. The formatting parts are just gravy. Perhaps we can split those up...?
What does everyone think?

I think we should transfer all the fluff, put it on ROIC 1 and resubmit it for approval. That way we have a paper trail and authorization to continue. Let's get this done and the charter approved already! To push this faster I already created a revised roic 1 and posted it in the founder's council for you guys to tear apart and heckle me.
