Since we have decided (unofficially) to include what was originally going to be the "Articles of Confederation" as part of the Founder's Charter. This means we will need everyone's input on what should be included for the remaining branches of government...the Chancellery, the Regional Assembly, and the Judiciary. Keep in mind that these will be in one article.

We should make the descriptions simple. The assembly can create its own way of administrating and how they want to set up how they run. The chancellor is for enforcing laws the assembly makes. I like the definition on one of the founder documents that lists what the judiciary does.

I agree we keep them simple. Let the branches make their own rules.

Ya see, imp! I told you guys it would be better to have everything on one doc. I'm with everyone else. Make the defs and responsibilities simple but effective and let the individual branches sort of decide how they want to manage their activities. I can post one for the chancellery if you guys want to do the other two. May not get back on here for another couple of days.

When are the suggestions for this coming up on the forum? Do you need any more suggestions?

I will close this thread since the article has been posted on its own thread.
