Today William Husrt III escaped from the maxium community prison on Richpoor. At this time it is believed that Hurst had help from a nation or region outside of SFBA. Currently Richppoor Security force is working with the SFBAIA to determine who was involved. The details of his escape is still trying to be worked out. All Ambassadors are to share this information to the regional governments and seek thier help in apprehinding this terrorist and those behind his escape!

Thank you for the update on this situation. Our security forces will be on the look-out for this dangerous individual.
There have been reports of suspicious activities along the Continental Union border with the Continental Alliance. This activity was first reported as the work of smugglers, but later reports from Ionia Romana's National Police indicated that several undocumented individuals were detained by authorities across the Gulf of Byzantium just outside Ionia's territorial waters. It is not certain what agency or what national authority detained these individuals.

The Teutonic Knights (Teutonic Alliance Special Criminal Investigative Authority) Intelligence Group received reports that Hurst and his conspirators were headed to the Illuminati Region that has recently severed relations with most nations of the world and rescinded nearly all extradiction agreements with the civilized world. We are requesting units of the SFBAIA (San Fransico Bay Area Intelligence Agency) be allowed to help track Hurst. IT is believed that the Illuminati is preparing a multi-regional attack on economic centers.

It a matter that crimes against humanity have been committed against our people, especially that of Nation Richpoor. We have reasons to believe that elements of the organization have put into motions of an attack on one of your nations. The Target at this time is inclear.

The Grand Duke of Etruria extends his cooperation to the SF Bay Area in their efforts to capture this dangerous individual. There haven't been any reports of this individual's presence in the Gran Duchy, but we will inform you immediately if this person is spotted in our country. The Grand Ducal Judical Police is on the look out for this person and his accomplices.

You have the Xanxabaran Government's cooperation with this. I can report that we have not seen anyone suspicious in our nation. I think we're a bit too far away and isolated from the rest of the NS world to be accessable from larger areas like SF Bay. If we see anything unusual we will contact you immediately.
Are there any aliases this individual is using? Does he have off shore bank accounts (our nation is on par with the Cayman Islands when it comes to off shore banking), and how about a discription?

I will be working on the dossier and all information in the next few days. Also, the only agent that has authority to be in the region is New Corydon. If others come please inform me asap so that I can see if they have their papers in order. With the terrorist network as of now unmapped it is imperative security is maintained.
